Day Program Direct Support Professional (West Valley)

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-2pm, closed weekends and holidays.

Pay: Start at $17 hourly

Caregiver/Supported Living (Salt Lake County, Utah County, Davis County)

Schedule: Based on client/s need (TBD upon hire)

Pay: Start at $18 hourly

Host Home Provider (Salt Lake, Utah County, Davis County)

Schedule: 24 hour client live in support (Independent Contractor)

Pay: Based on client need. Range: $1,500 - $5,000 per month
